Marlon Wayans has somewhat broken his silence after hearing the risqué comments his comedic peer Kym Whitley made about his physique.

Whitley recently sat down to share her life story on “Uncensored,” and in doing so she reminisced on an experience she had while working with Wayans in the late ’90s.

Marlon Wayans offered up a coy reaction to comedic actress Kym Whitley sharing a story about his body during her episode of “Uncensored.” (Photo: @marlonwayans/Instagram)

The actress recalled landing a guest appearance on the hit show “The Wayans Brothers” and arriving on set for the first time. Whitley, who by that time was not a novice to the industry, remembered being immediately distracted by the youngest of the Wayans clan.

“All of a sudden, he had on these red sweat pants, and I thought he was trying to be funny, because he was a fool, and I kept looking, I said, ‘This boy done put a little bat in his shorts, in his red sweat pants,’ and I was looking at it, I was laughing, I was like, ‘Stop being silly! Boy, you crazy… Y’all see this? He’s so silly,’” she shared.

But apparently the gag was on her.

“Nobody laughed. Over the speaker, they’re like, ‘Oh, she’s seen it.’ I was like, ‘Seen it?’ I was like, ‘That’s real? First of all, you need to put a rope on that thing and tie it up, whatever that is,’’” she continued. “And then, for that whole week I was distracted, and they were like, ‘He has a reputation in Hollywood, he just is blessed. He’s blessed.’ And it’s burned into my brain.”

A possibly bashful Wayans responded to Whitley’s memory by posting a photo of himself coyly smiling along with the emoji of a monkey covering its eyes. He also tagged Whitley making it even more apparent he knew she had shared the news of his “blessing” with the public.

His fans relished in the moment with comments reaffirming they were made privy to the private information.

“I HEARD ABOUT YOU. 😂😂😂😂

“Mmmmmhm you know WE KNOW 😂

“I’m here to see that 🦇

Throughout his career, from movies and television shows, the “Scary Movie” actor has never been afraid to show skin in the name of comedy. Wayans, 49, is often seen in outrageous comedic circumstances in his underwear, and sometimes even showcasing his bare backside.

In the past, he has explained that stripping down for a scene is something he gives little to no real thought to, instead he just goes for it.

“I’m quick to get naked. I don’t care, I don’t think too much about things. … I just try to use that and live that way and be free,” he said to ABC Radio in 2017. “Because I feel like you’re exposed, and you’re vulnerable, and you’re silly and you don’t care. So once you get these things out the way — you live naked, you’re living free.”

‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.’ Marvel Studios

Theater owners wanted Disney to commit to movie theaters. They got their wish.

After the success of the studio’s latest Marvel movie, “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings,” Disney announced on Friday that the rest of its 2021 slate would receive exclusive theatrical releases with shortened windows.

The slate includes another Marvel movie, “Eternals,” and Steven Spielberg’s “West Side Story” remake, which will receive 45-day theatrical windows – the same as “Shang-Chi.” The animated film “Encanto” will have a 30-day window before heading to Disney+.

Before the pandemic, exclusive theatrical windows would typically be between 75 days and 90 days. But most of the major studios have negotiated with exhibitors to shorten that time frame during the pandemic. Disney’s plans beyond “Shang-Chi,” though, were a mystery – until now.

The National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), the largest theater trade group, had been waiting for this moment.

After “Black Widow” declined a sharp 68% at the domestic box office in its second weekend, NATO released a critical statement calling simultaneous release a “pandemic-era artifact that should be left to history with the pandemic itself.” Disney released the movie simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+ for an extra $US30 ($AU41) fee.

NATO CEO John Fithian told Insider in a recent interview that there were still “several big remaining questions” regarding some studios release plans for the remainder of the year and heading into 2022, alluding that the group wanted answers from Disney.

Movie theaters can probably thank “Shang-Chi” for Disney finally landing on a concrete strategy for the remainder of its 2021 movies. The movie earned $US75 ($AU102) million in its opening three-day weekend and a record $US94 ($AU128) million over the four-day Labor Day weekend. It’s since made $US145 ($AU197) million domestically and $US256 ($AU347) million worldwide. That doesn’t even include China, the world’s biggest theatrical market, where it hasn’t been approved for release.

In Fithian’s interview with Insider, he predicted that “Shang-Chi” wouldn’t have as big of a drop in its second domestic weekend as “Black Widow” because it wasn’t available to stream. He was right. “Shang-Chi” earned $US34.7 ($AU47) million over the weekend, a 54% drop from its first three days in theaters and a smaller decline than most major blockbusters released this year.

While the “Shang-Chi” box office may have pushed Disney to go all in on exclusive theatrical windows for the rest of the year, it did find another source of revenue with the “Black Widow” release. Disney didn’t announce its total Disney+ haul, but did say it earned $US60 ($AU81) million from streaming purchases in its first weekend.

But Scarlett Johansson is also suing Disney over the “Black Widow” release, claiming that the company breached her contract by not giving the movie an exclusive theatrical run, which could have contributed to Disney’s strategy shift.

“Shang-Chi’s” success came on the heels of another well-performing Disney release, “Free Guy,” which was also exclusive to theaters. The movie has made $US101 ($AU137) million domestically so far and $US276 ($AU375) million worldwide.

“Shang-Chi” has received heaps of praise from critics and audiences, which could have boosted word of mouth for its second weekend. It has a 92% Rotten Tomatoes critic score and a 98% audience score, as well as an A grade from CinemaScore, which surveys audiences on a movie’s opening night.

Classic Sag Harbor cottage demands a good book or two

For the first time in 60 years, the Sag Harbor oceanfront cottage and octagonal writing retreat where John Steinbeck wrote “The Winter of Our Discontent” and “Travels with Charley” are for sale, priced at $16.75 million. It was Steinbeck’s self-described “Eden.”

Although California was his home state where there is a National Steinbeck Center Museum and his Salinas boyhood home has been restored and open to the public, Steinbeck moved to New York in 1941, switching between New York City and Long Island’s Sag Harbor. He bought the waterfront cottage in 1955 and lived there for most of the rest of his life. He died in 1968.

On almost 2 acres overlooking Morris Cove and Upper Sag Harbor Cove, Steinbeck’s beloved cottage and writing hut are on 586 feet of waterfront on two sides with emerald lawn and a scattering of old-growth shade trees. The property includes a pool, which Steinbeck referred to as his “cement pond,” a guest house, and one of his favorite things: a 60-foot pier from which he enjoyed fishing. The main cottage has two bedrooms, two baths and a large stone fireplace in the living room.

Throughout the cottage are many windows and French doors that let sunlight spill across the rooms.

The next owner will be able to sit in the writer’s hut rereading Steinbeck’s novels that were penciled on a yellow pad while sitting in this very spot.

Sag Harbor and its Hamptons surrounds have long been a celebrity magnet. Richard Gere, Jimmy Buffett, Howard Stern and Paul Simon are a few of the A-listers who are happy homeowners in the Hamptons.

Will Smith has made many more than 20 films, but the economy of critical pain means this must always feature at the bottom of any list of any length. A horrifyingly cutesy, toxic dramedy with Smith as the tech entrepreneur, who loses his child to cancer and then starts writing impassioned letters to abstract concepts such as Death, Love and Time.

This romantic mystery weepie is guaranteed to make you break out in hives. Smith is a haunted, troubled, decent man; a government employee who has embarked on an enigmatic mission: to seek out good people – wheresoe’er they be – and reward them. Why is he engaged on this supremely condescending quest? Who cares?

A strong career strand for Smith is sci-fi (of which more later) but M Night Shyamalan was still in his phase of continuing awfulness when he directed this entirely terrible, ponderous sci-fi drama. Smith plays an astronaut of the future with the unfortunate name of Cypher, who crashes on the ruined and deserted planet Earth with his son, Kitai, played by Smith’s son, Jaden. A reminder of what Sam Goldwyn once said to Albert Einstein: “I got a theory of relatives, too: don’t hire ’em.”

With Matt Damon in The Legend of Bagger Vance. Photograph: 20th Century Fox/Allstar

Robert Redford directed Smith in this sentimental slice of naively picturesque Americana set in the Jazz Age south. Matt Damon is a wealthy young golfer whose traumatised experiences in the first world war cause him to – gasp! – lose his love for golf. But the beamingly wise Bagger Vance, played by Smith, turns up as his caddy and guardian angel, the black character whose function is to facilitate the white hero’s redemption.

Smith took a critical and commercial bath at the end of the 90s with this steampunky western comedy-thriller. It is supremely annoying, but sometimes amusingly daft and Smith performs the catchy theme tune (sampling Stevie Wonder) over the closing credits. In the post Civil War US, he is sexy government agent James “Wild Wild” West taking on Kenneth Branagh’s evil genius Dr Loveless, who has access to 23rd-century technology.

15. Hitch (2005)

As well as troubled emotional-journey-takers, Smith has played his share of romcom heroes-with-a-twist. Here is a ripe example. He is dating coach Alex “Hitch” Hitchens who teaches lonely guys how to be a success with women; then he falls for gossip columnist Eva Mendes, who disdains him. His nickname adorably fuses the concept of “getting married” with “problem”, geddit?

Hancock
Will Smith in Hancock. Photograph: Sony Pictures/Allstar

Back again to Smith sci-fi, and here is an offbeat, oddball comedy variant on the genre. He is Hancock, the smelly unshaven superhero that no one likes, who flies around irresponsibly, accidentally smashes up cars and buildings and annoys everyone. PR man Jason Bateman makes it his business to clean up Hancock’s act and reposition him in the crime-fighting marketplace.

Here’s a sci-fi thriller with state-of-the-art youthification technology from director Ang Lee that maybe gestures at Smith’s sense of his own mortality as an action hero. He is Brogan, a supercool special forces assassin who discovers that his corrupt government bosses have hired a gunman to whack him – and it’s a creepy cloned version of his twentysomething self.

Will Smith
Will Smith in I, Robot. Photograph: Digital Domain/20th Century Fox/Allstar

Smith bulked up and toughened up for this hit sci-fi movie taken from the Isaac Asimov short story collection. The year is 2035 and Smith is playing troubled technophobic Chicago cop Del Spooner, who can’t stand the robots that are increasingly being used by law-enforcement. And who can blame him, when one of these robots goes terrifyingly rogue? Sadly, there is something robotically bland about the whole film.

Suicide Squad was the DC Extended Universe film that was never as bad as everyone said, and Smith made an amiable contribution as someone with both comedy and action chops. He is Floyd Lawton, or Deadshot, part of the Suicide Squad of supervillains assembled to fight other bad guys. Deadshot is the deadly hitman with the infrared scope over his eye. But he is a big softie when it comes to his infant daughter.

Will Smith Bright

It’s just so ridiculous you can’t help smiling: a wacky fantasy action thriller in which Smith plays a tough LAPD officer whose partner is … an orc, played by Joel Edgerton in heavy makeup. Yes. In this alternative universe, these Tolkienian creatures walk among us, subject to racism (there is an “Orc Lives Matter” theme), and Smith and the orc have a lot of “odd couple buddy cop“ energy. There are also wicked elves, nice elves and centaur traffic cops.

9. Bad Boys franchise

In 1995, producers Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer gave us what is arguably the last of the big guilty-pleasure dumb action comedy-thriller franchises, teaming Smith with that lost superstar of bad-taste comedy Martin Lawrence as two squabbling Miami cops, Smith being the cool single ladies’ man and Lawrence the harassed husband and father. In the micro-ranking, the overlong and boorish sequel Bad Boys II (2003) comes in last, while the threequel, Bad Boys for Life (2020) acknowledges the passing years. But the original Bad Boys (1995) is the best, with the outrageous action standbys of guns, car-chases and smart-alec tag lines.

Smith made a very likable lead in this decent and watchable conspiracy thriller, a little like The Firm directed by Tony Scott and pairing Smith with Gene Hackman. Smith is the ambitious young lawyer who accidentally comes into possession of a video showing an outspoken congressman being murdered – and then he is framed by shadowy forces, losing his job and his marriage. Then the maverick intelligence officer played by Hackman steps in, a man who loathes government corruption and in an “odd couple” way helps the decent Smith.

This dystopian sci-fi, based on the Richard Matheson novel (and already filmed as The Omega Man in 1971 with Charlton Heston) got a new version in 2007, starring Smith playing the last man left alive in an eerily empty, ruined Manhattan, an urban jungle with zoo-bred animals roaming around. The movie plays to Smith’s strengths as the good-natured everyman hero under unimaginable pressure.

The Pursuit of Happyness
With Jaden Smith in The Pursuit of Happyness. Photograph: Sony Pictures/Allstar

Just for once, Smith stars in a heartwarmer that isn’t absolutely sickening, making this unfashionable movie genre actually seem pretty decent. This is the Horatio Alger-type true story of American businessman Chris Gardner who experienced hardship and homelessness on his way to the top. Smith plays him as a regular guy with idealism and high standards, a single dad who finds himself tipping into poverty and fights his way out.

The clunking 2016 sequel to this film is now known chiefly for Boris Johnson using it as a pro-Brexit rallying cry, but the original is a very enjoyable, brash piece of entertainment: an alien invasion disaster movie that featured the (almost shocking) spectacle of the White House getting zapped. Jeff Goldblum was the quirky computer genius, Bill Pullman played one of the many quasi-Bill-Clinton US presidents of that era. But Smith stole the show as the swaggering hotshot fighter pilot who takes on the creepy invaders.

4. Ali (2001)

With care, gravitas and charm, Smith gave a very good impersonation of Muhammad Ali in Michael Mann’s virile biopic, taking us from the boxer’s defeat of Sonny Liston in 1964, through to his conscientious stand against the Vietnam draft and the “Rumble in the Jungle” against George Foreman in the next decade. It is a strong and heartfelt performance, a rare and perhaps unique example of Smith being really technically challenged as an actor.

Many were nervous at the thought of Smith taking over from Robin Williams as the genie for the Disney live-action remake of Aladdin in 2019; others were uneasy at the potential for all sorts of tone-deaf orientalist offence. But, actually, Smith’s signature goofy charm is allowed to flourish in this likably zany, high-energy comedy in which Smith is allowed to steal every scene he’s in. A reminder that comedy was his original vocation.

2. Men in Black franchise

Smith and (initially) Tommy Lee Jones are the two government agents dressed in black, the sci-fi version of the Blues Brothers, and their job is to combat aliens while covering up evidence of their existence, erasing witnesses’ memories with a special wand. The place of shame is occupied by the dismal fourquel Men in Black: International (2019) in which the thrill had gone; next is the low-morale immediate follow-up Men in Black II (2002); oddly, Men in Black 3(2012) was rather better with Josh Brolin pepping things up. But the original and best is Men in Black (1997) in which Smith was in his box-office golden age as the funny, wacky, charismatic Hollywood lead.

Six Degrees of Separation
With Donald Sutherland and Stockard Channing in Six Degrees of Separation. Photograph: Mgm/Allstar

Smith was hardly out of his Fresh Prince career phase when he scored his most substantial and satisfying success in director Fred Schepisi’s filmed version of the John Guare play. Smith plays a charming Mr Ripley figure, a young man who cons his way into the lives of two wealthy high-society types, played by Stockard Channing and Donald Sutherland, claiming to be the son of Sidney Poitier, so cunningly and tacitly playing on their liberal white guilt about race. Smith is charismatic and unsettling; it is still his masterpiece.

Will Smith in Bright (orc not pictured). Photograph: Scott Garfield/Netflix/Allstar

Being in Mike Tyson’s bad books is a dangerous situation for any man alive. Hollywood actor Brad Pitt made the list when the former heavyweight boxer caught him in bed with his ex-wife Robin Givens.

Mike Tyson, while making an appearance on In Depth With Graham Bensinger, spoke about the time he caught Pitt in bed with his ex-wife. According to Tyson, although divorce proceedings between him and his then-wife were already in motion, he’d still go to Givens’ place every night to sleep with her.

On one such occasion, Tyson claimed Brad Pitt beat him to the punch as he entered Givens’ house to find her in bed with the actor. ‘Iron Mike’ said he was “mad as hell’ and was about to hit the Hollywood superstar. He further revealed that Pitt’s face turned pale in fear when he saw the boxer.

“I was mad as hell! I was going to…you should have seen his face when he saw me. I was due a divorce but every day I would go to her house to have sex with her. This particular day, someone beat me to the punch. I guess Brad Pitt got there earlier than I did,” Mike Tyson said.

Robin Givens has denied all allegations and maintains that Tyson never caught her in bed with Pitt.

How Mike Tyson’s marriage with Robin Givens fell apart

Mike Tyson started dating Robin Givens in 1987. The couple got married on February 7, 1988. Their tumultuous marriage came to an end in 1989. The heavyweight boxer reportedly paid Givens $10 million as part of the divorce settlement. Givens accused Tyson of torturing and physically abusing her.

In an interview with Barbara Walters in 1988, Givens described living with Mike Tyson, saying:

“Torture, pure hell, worse than anything I could possibly imagine.”

Tyson is currently married to Lakiha Spicer and has two kids – a daughter named Milan and a son named Morocco.

Tyson met Spencer in 2000 when she was just 18. After dating for many years, the couple tied the knot in 2009.

DALLAS, Sept. 16, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — New OTT research from Parks Associates finds that viewers who favor at least one particular type or genre of video content spend 70% of their viewing time on average on services with a broad variety of content, such as Netflix, Tubi, or AMC+. Specifically, 44% spend 76% or more of their OTT viewing time on broad-based services, while 48% spend 25% or less on niche services. The firm’s Quantified Consumer: Content Preferences in OTT Video, with data from a survey of more than 5,000 US broadband households, examines the critical role of content in driving subscriptions and usage, including consumer interest in different types of content and connections between content and the user experience.

“Services offering a variety of content categories are the foundation of consumers’ video service ensembles,” said Paul Erickson, Senior Analyst, Parks Associates. “Many niche services have been successful, including those dedicated to horror, religious, children’s, and anime content, and niche services such as ESPN+, Britbox, and Crunchyroll make up an important part of the service ecosystem. However, they are unlikely to be the primary, foundational content source within a household.”

Ad-based OTT services in particular have broadened their market appeal over the past few years by incorporating different genre categories. Crackle has made significant additions to its nonfiction content, Pluto TV has added several sports channels, and Tubi TV highlights children’s programming with its “Tubi Kids” section.

“If services are to challenge the ‘Big 3’ OTT services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu), they need to feature a variety of programming across genres,” Erickson said. “We will see more bundling services emerge like AMC, which bundled together its niche services Shudder, Sundance Now, and IFC Films under the AMC+ service umbrella in order to give viewers more options.”

The research also finds that while “content is king,” cost is still the leading factor when consumers choose an OTT service. Fifty percent of viewers cite service cost as a key determination in the services that they use to access online video content. In response, key services have experimented with diversified pricing options. Disney+ has introduced transactional purchases, while Peacock is using a freemium model and HBO Max and Paramount+ offer less expensive ad-supported tiers.

“A hybrid pricing approach meets consumers where they are,” Erickson said. “Maximizing revenue potential with hybrid pricing will help services finance the growing cost of content library growth.”

The Green Knight unexpectedly drops some beautiful posters introducing the cast of characters for the A24 film based on the famous Arthurian legend.

New posters for The Green Knight introduce the cast of characters for the anticipated A24 film. Originally scheduled for a release in 2020, A24 had every chance to send the film straight to streaming or video on demand, but the art-house studio held out hope for a theatrical release. The wait looks like it will pay off as The Green Knight will be released in theaters this summer on July 30th.

An epic fantasy adventure with a unique twist, The Green Knight is written and directed by David Lowery, a visionary filmmaker who has showcased his immense range in past efforts like Disney’s family-friendly Pete’s Dragon and the eerily existential and atmospheric drama, A Ghost Story, which he also made with A24. Lowery’s next project, The Green Knight, gets its title from the ubiquitous Arthurian legend Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, on which the film is based. Dev Patel (Slumdog Millionaire) stars as Sir Gawain, King Arthur’s foolhardy nephew, who embarks on a quest to confront the Groot-like Green Knight, contending with various obstacles along the way. The film also stars Oscar-winner, Alicia Vikander, Joel Edgerton, and Erin Kellyman.

Since a teaser trailer for the film was released over a year ago, which was the last piece of promotional material for the A24 project, The Green Knight decided to unexpectedly drop some beautiful posters introducing the film’s cast of characters. They include: the unlikely hero Sir Gawain (Dev Patel), the Green Knight himself (Ralph Ineson), Lady (Alicia Vikander), Lord (Joel Edgerton), a blindfolded woman, and a fox. The posters were captioned on Twitter, “One year hence,” referring to the deal Gawain and the Green Knight make in the Arthurian legend. Check out the new character posters below:

The Green Knight 2020 poster

Based on the trailer for The Green Knight, it seems like it will be a welcome addition to A24’s impressive catalog. Its dark and foreboding tone is reminiscent of the work of Ari Aster, known for Hereditary and Midsummer, or Robert Eggers, known for The Witch and The Lighthouse, all films of which A24 is behind.

Considering The Green Knight is a retelling of such a famous piece of folklore, coupled with the fact it has been kicking around for so long waiting to be released, it is shaping up to be one of A24’s most highly anticipated films yet. Those who cherish the big-screen experience should be thrilled The Green Knight stuck it out for a theatrical release this summer.

When it was confirmed that a new adaptation of Stephen King’s novel would take place back in 2009, all fans of the master of terror began to speculate and propose the actor who would play the fearsome Pennywise. We know that, after all, Bill Skarsgård, whom we saw in Hemlock Grove and soon in Atomic, was chosen to play the clown, but initially, the role was awarded to Will Poulter, what happened here?

The current film commanded by Andrés Muschietti was once in the hands of Cary Fukunaga and he had chosen Poulter as the macro-transversal entity that would try to end the losers’ club. After the departure of Fukunaga, Muschietti confessed that little by little, Poulter was losing interest in playing the evil harlequin of It (It). The current director confessed in an interview with Deadline the actor’s reasons:

He was very, very intrigued by the idea of working with Will. I always believed that he would make an amazing Pennywise. We talked a bit about it, the idea was that we should make the movie, even though Cary was gone. Will expressed a feeling of slow detachment from playing the character, that was very dark and terrifying. It was a very personal decision that I respected, but I was eager and willing to find my own Pennywise and that’s what we did.

From 2012 to 2015, Cary Fukunaga was the director of It (It) – 85% and in his last weeks was when he cast the role of the evil clown to Poulter. It is still not entirely clear if Fukunaga’s departure echoed in Will and he left the role. Shortly after, the actor revealed that he would not be part of the film.

Will Poulter’s latest appearance as Officer Phillip Krauss in Detroit: Conflict Zone shows us that he would have done a great job reinterpreting one of Stephen King’s most evil creations had he never left the project. For now, in the trailers and trailers that have been released, Bill Skarsgård has presented an impeccable work on a par with his predecessor, Tim Curry, and the first reactions have praised his acting work ensuring that he is a great choice for the clown Pennywise .

Just like in the story based on the book, the Losers’ Club will realize that something strange is happening in Derry; apparently an unknown entity is the cause. And a group of children will be chased by the different appearances of Pennywise throughout the film until they are brought into a confrontation with the demon. It has been confirmed that, as in any adaptation, there will be some variations of the original material, for example the events of the past in 1950 will be carried over to 1980.

It is also known that the sequel to It – 85% is in development with a script by Andrés Muschietti himself, and which he hopes will debut on the big screen in early 2018 and begin production in March of the same year. The apparent multiverse that we will see in the film remains unknown, but a behind-the-scenes photo revealed a new connection to one of the Avengers.

Spider-Man. No Way Home, the third spider-man movie within the Marvel Cinematic Universe has finished recordings against all odds. The film began filming in October 2020, despite the fact that the Covid-19 Pandemic was at one of the highest points of the second wave.

Sony and Marvel, the studios that produce the film, arranged everything so that several streets of New York and Atlanta served as the background for Jon Watts to direct Peter Parker’s third adventure; The story remains an unknown and writers Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers teamed up for what is supposed to be the union of several arachnid universes. For now, we know that JK Simmons will repeat his role as J. Jonah Jameson, for his cameo in Spider-Man: Far from home and for being a fundamental character in the Sam Raimi trilogy. Similarly, Alfred Molina returned to be Doctor Octopus again, while Jamie Foxx will be Electro, a character from the two installments of Marc Webb’s Spider-man.

Rumors about whether Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and even Kirsten Dunst are also involved in the plot do not stop ringing, but none of this has been confirmed. To all this we add a new theory and that is that a behind-the-scenes photo of the set of Spider-Man: No Way Home I reveal a new ‘Avenger’: the tallest of all and who curiously carries the shield of Captain America.

As we know, the third part is located a long time after what happened in Avengers: Endgame and will show the consequences of Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) having revealed the identity of Spider-Man. Posted on Twitter, the image we are talking about shows a bus stop in Queens, where the Statue of Liberty is seen wearing Captain America’s shield, instead of his signature torch.

In the ad you can see the hashtag #NYLibertyAvenger, but what we do not know is if this moment will be linked to John Walker (Wyatt Russel), the new Captain America who has been unveiled in the Disney Plus series Falcón and the Winter Soldier. This would be one more of the speculations around the film starring Tom Holland. However, what we do know is that this will be the actor’s last film as Spider-Man and that Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) will have a role.

‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’: Leaked new clue about the appearance of Andrew Garfield

According to Murphy Multiverse, a page specializing in superheroes, an extremely important scene was shot at this bus stop and the reason why Marvel let it be published; that is, to increase the expectation. Many fans in networks suppose that the famous fight scene that lasted a month to shoot could be around this announcement, but nothing confirmed.

Before the end of the first half of 2021, we hope that a first teaser trailer for the film will be seen, because if everything goes according to plan Spider-man: No Way Home will premiere on December 17 in theaters. Before this, Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings and The Eternals will have been released, so the path of the arachnid will be more than cemented. Holland is joined again by Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei and Tony Revolori, among many others.
